Thessaloniki Tourism Organisation participated in the TTR VIRTUAL (Targul de Turism) 2021 that was held from 18 to 21 February 2021, focusing on the Romanian market.
TTO was invited by GNTO Office in Romania and its director Mr. George Stafylakis and participated in the exhibition by making almost 300 contacts with executives and representatives of the Romanian tourist market.
As a co-exhibitor, TTO managed to attract the interest by highlighting the comparative advantages of the city and promoting it as a destination for those looking for new experiences and hidden treasures of tourism.
In a special event held by GNTO Office in Romania, Thessaloniki Tourism Organization had also the chance to present the city with a 13-minute promotional video, which was implemented to promote the city to the Romanian public, as a multidimensional complex of holiday experiences all year round. The special features of the city that cover many special forms of tourism were also presented.
