R\u00f6llchen nebeneinander in einen breiten Topf legen, salzen und pfeffern. Das restliche \u00d6l, den \u00fcbrigen Zitronensaft und die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche dar\u00fcber gie\u00dfen, dass alle R\u00f6llchen bedeckt sind. Mit einem Teller beschweren und zugedeckt bei sanfter Hitze f\u00fcr 35 Min. garen.
