The 680 passengers of Azamara Pursuit cruise ship, were toured in the historical centre of Thessaloniki, for shopping and leisure, in Vergina, the Dion and in Pella in order to learn about the history of Alexander the Great.
The cruise ship, Malta-flagged, that arrived from the port of Volos, hosted groups of American and Canadian tourists. With its 352-person crew, it travelled to the Aegean and continued to the next stop at the port of Kavala.
It was the 5th cruise ship of the summer season 2019 that arrived in the port of Thessaloniki.
