{"id":61851,"date":"2022-11-21T12:17:56","date_gmt":"2022-11-21T10:17:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.thessaloniki.travel\/non-categorizzato\/piroski-con-patate\/"},"modified":"2022-11-21T12:17:57","modified_gmt":"2022-11-21T10:17:57","slug":"piroski-con-patate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thessaloniki.travel\/it\/esplorare-la-citta\/gastronomia-it\/ricette-di-salonicco\/ricette-locali\/piroski-con-patate\/","title":{"rendered":"Piroski con patate"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredienti&#13;\n1 kg di farina (per tutti gli usi)&#13;\n1 cubetto di lievito fresco&#13;\n2 cucchiai di zucchero&#13;\n\u00bd tazza di acqua tiepida&#13;\n1 cucchiaio di sale&#13;\n1 tazzina di olio di semi&#13;\n\u00bd tazzina di aceto&#13;\n1+1\/2 tazza di acqua tiepida&#13;\nUn po\u2019di olio di semi in pi\u00f9 (per le mani)&#13;\nAbbondante olio per la frittura<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ripieno&#13;\n6-7 patate medie bollite&#13;\n1\/3 tazza di olio di oliva&#13;\n1 cipolla grande tritata&#13;\n3-4 cipolloti tritati&#13;\n\u00bd rametto di prezzemolo tritato&#13;\nUn po\u2019di origano&#13;\nSale&#13;\nPepe nero appena tritato<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Procedimento&#13;\nSciogliere bene il lievito nello zucchero con l\u2019acqua tiepida. In una scodella grande mettere la farina, aggiungere il sale e mescolare. Aprire un buco al centro. Aggiungere il lievito, l\u2019olio di semi, l\u2019aceto e mescolare con delicatezza. Aggiungere poi a poco a poco l\u2019acqua e impastare finch\u00e9 non si raggiunge un impasto morbido. Rivestirlo bene e lasciarlo a riposare per un\u2019ora per farlo gonfiare. Impastarlo di nuovo con delicatezza, tagliare piccoli pezzi di impasto e aprirli con le mani ben oliate in modo da formare una piccola pagnotta allungata. Stenderli su una superficie infarinata. Premere con una forchetta le patate in modo da farne una purea. Far friggere molto bene nell\u2019olio bollente prima le cipolle e poi le patate. Aggiungere il prezzemolo, l\u2019origano, il sale, il pepe, mescolare e lasciare il composto a raffreddare. Dividere il ripieno nelle pagnotte, premere le estremit\u00e0 per chiuderle bene. Friggerle in abbondante olio bollente.
