Lavare e scolare. Soffriggere in olio bollente. Aggiungere il porro e continuare a soffriggere. Versare sopra il vino. Aggiungere l\u2019origano, il pimento, il brodo vegetale, il sale, il pepe e fare bollire. Lasciare che i liquidi si assorbano e rosolare bene.<br \/>\nDosi per 4 persone.<br \/>\n(ricetta Maiale in padella con porro)<br \/>\nHalva di semolino<br \/>\nIngredienti<br \/>\n1 tazza di olio d\u2019oliva<br \/>\n2 tazze di semolino grosso<br \/>\n1 tazza di noci tagliate grosse<br \/>\nUn po\u2019 di cannella in polvere<br \/>\nSCIROPPO<br \/>\n4 tazze d\u2019acqua<br \/>\n3 tazze di zucchero<br \/>\n1 vaniglia<br \/>\n1 bastoncino di cannella<br \/>\nPreparazione<br \/>\nBollire lo sciroppo per 6-7 minuti. Togliere e buttare il bastoncino di cannella. Saltare il semolino nell\u2019olio caldo, aggiungere le noci e mescolare. Abbassare il fuoco e versare un po\u2019 alla volta lo sciroppo nell\u2019halva continuando a mescolare. Togliere la casseruola dal fuoco, coprirla con un panno e lasciare che l\u2019halva lieviti. Svuotare in uno stampo grande o piccolo e lasciarlo per 15 minuti.
