Athens Bar Show has, since 2010, established itself as the most important event of the spirits and bartending industry in Greece while, at the same time, Athens Bar Week is a multi-day journey into the world of spirits and fine dining, with the best bars of the world occupying the capital.

In 2024, from 29 September to 4 October, the corresponding events, events, experiences and vibe will be “transferred” to Thessaloniki with the organization – for the first time – of Salonica Bar Show & Salonica Bar Week!

Both at the TIF and throughout Thessaloniki, the most important professionals, biggest companies and some of the world’s leading bars will exhibit, present and celebrate.

The curtain will be raised, at the TIF venue, by the biggest party in town: the Salonica Bar Week Opening Party!

A week of partying and fine drinking that Thessaloniki has never experienced before

From this year onwards, Salonica Bar Week (29/9 – 4/10) will be a parallel, independent attraction of the Greek Bar & Spirit Community. These 5 days will be an exciting journey into the world of drinks and fine gastronomy that promises to redefine bar-hopping and fine drinking mingling, thus further developing the modern entertainment culture.

Specifically, from Sunday 29 September to Friday 4 October, some of the best bars of Northern Greece will… coexist in a unique event for the city and the region, creating dozens of guest shifts, parties, pop up bars of favorite spirits and takeovers, transforming the city into a paradise of “experiences”. They will thus help us discover a world where every sip is a unique experience and the art of cocktails and fine dining reaches its zenith.

Salonica Bar Week experiences feature the people behind the spirits and the super heroes of bartending. Of course there will be parties with famous DJ’s, fine-dining tours and guided tours to distilleries and wineries, master classes and other events that will help to complete the exciting experience of participating in the unique week.

The biggest cocktail party of the city

On 29 September, the TIF premises will be transformed into the biggest cocktail party the city has ever known.

Unique drinks in collaboration with emerging and established spirits brands, from the most famous bars of Thessaloniki and the whole country, street food flavors and music selections from famous DJs such as ISON, Kiki Botonaki and Athinaios, will compose an experience not to be missed.

Salonica Bar Show 2024

The leading event for bartending and spirits industry professionals is coming for the 1st time in Thessaloniki!

The Athens Bar Show has, since 2010, established itself as the most important event of the spirits and bartending industry in Greece and internationally, offering unique educational and networking opportunities to professionals in the field, as well as to up-and-comers taking their first steps.

This year, the Bar Show team took the big step by deciding to organize for the first time the Bar Show AND in Thessaloniki, bringing the same glamour and dynamics to Northern Greece. And the name of it: Salonica Bar Show.

On September 30th, at the TIF Exhibition Centre, the professionals – and not only – of Thessaloniki and the entire Northern Greece and the Balkans will have the opportunity to participate in something new for the region, to learn and develop relationships and contacts with some of the leading professionals in the field and brands worldwide.

Like its counterpart in Athens, the Salonica Bar Show aspires to gather the elite of the domestic and international bar industry in Thessaloniki for seminars, educational talks and presentations by international/local experts, as well as exhibitions with innovative products, new concepts and techniques.

The main purpose of the Salonica Bar Show is to create another attraction for global bartending in Greece, while highlighting the pulse of the city and the high level of its bar scene.
