Thessaloniki International Film Festival – Harvest

Over the course of seven hallucinatory days, an anonymous village, in an unspecified time and place, vanishes. In Tsangari’s tragicomic take on the western genre, Walter Thirsk —a city man turned farmer— and Lord Charles Kent, the local landowner, are two childhood friends preparing to face an invasion from the outside world: the plague of modernity.
