Due to the important social role of the Greek pharmacists and their contribution to the development of their science, the Pharmaceutical Association of Thessaloniki created the first Pharmaceutical Museum in Greece. The Museum’s objective is to gather, document, study, present and promote all the material used to highlight the importance of pharmacists’ offer (instruments, utensils, furniture, machinery, books, writings, recipes, herbariums, ointments etc) to the history of pharmaceutical science in Greece.
