The Greek Evangelical Church is the largest and oldest Evangelical Church of Thessaloniki (since 1865). The current building of the church was built in 1971 in the place of the previous one.
● Since 1860, the first team of the Evangelicals of Greece created in Thessaloniki.
● The people who were leaders in this movement, did not hesitate to manifest their new religious beliefs and to proclaim with courage and will and their desire to live according to them.
● The very least Evangelicals were disorganized and had no preacher. They were gathering to study the Bible in a house on today’s Egnatia Street.
The visit will be accompanied by the music of church organ at tours on Saturday (12: 00-18: 00) and Sunday (13: 00-15: 00).
