New Jewish Cemetery

The old Jewish cemetery was located on the current Campus of Thessaloniki, however it was destroyed by the Germans during the German occupation. Few graves were saved and transferred to the new Jewish cemetery while in the area a memorial was erected to the tens of thousands of Jews of Thessaloniki who perished in the Holocaust.
