Livadiotis Estate is located in Marathousa, Halkidiki, near the homeland of Aristotle, boasting a view of Mount Cholomon and traditionally active in viticulture and wine production.
The Livadiotis family long knew that the vines in the area produced high-quality wine since antiquity. Thus, in 1978, they decided to become involved in wine-making and restore the glory and prestige of the region’s wines.
There had always been an idea to create a winery. For 30 years, we employed traditional methods to turn the estate’s grapes into wine. The construction of the modern, visitable winery was completed in 2008.
The estate’s vineyards, covering 12 hectares, is home to Greek and international grape varieties, such as Assyrtiko, Malagouzia, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
The low output per hectare and the modern cultivation methods, combined with the state-of-the-art mechanical equipment installed at the winery, result in the production of high-quality wine.
