The ski center of Lailias is 27 km away from the city of Serres, in the mountain range of Vrontous and at an altitude of 1600 meters. It has one main ski sloap of 1,000 meters in length and 60 meters in width, which is served by a sliding ski lift and another small sliding lift for beginners. The proper night lighting of the sloaps allows nocturnal downhill ski runs.
Moreover, at the ski center operates a modern ski chalet pavilion.
The Lailias forest with lush vegetation, steep ravines, the cliffs, the hiking trails, ski and mountain lodge is ideal for tourism all year round.
