You can rent a SUP individually, with your group of friends and family or you can join our guided tour in the sea, always under the supervision of the @Thessup.gr team, based at Omilos Filon Thalassis (www.ofth.gr ) in the middle of the waterfront passage.
Whether you want to try out paddling for the first time or joining as a seasoned paddler, the experienced trainers are there to paddle with you and guide you accordingly so you can stand up and enjoy even during the first hour. Early morning, afternoon or night paddling sessions are available, while you can also book a private session of SUP Yoga or SUP Pilates in the water and savor the calmness of the sea. Contact the team for hourly or special multiple session packages.
