48 Hour Film Project 2026 in Thessaloniki: Make a Film in 48 Hours

The 48 Hour Film Project returns to Thessaloniki, inviting filmmakers, directors, actors, editors, content creators and new teams to create a short film within 48 hours.

The great filmmaking challenge begins with the Kick-Off Event on Friday, May 29, 2026, where teams receive the film genre and mandatory elements of their film, to write, shoot and edit their work by Sunday, May 31, 2026.

The films will be screened at Cineplexx Thessaloniki, with prizes, an Audience Award and the opportunity to participate in the international Filmapalooza.
