6th TEE CHOIR FESTIVAL | TKM VOICES AND ROUTES: BALKANS & MEDITERRANEAN

The Technical Chamber of Greece | Central Macedonia Department and the Choir of the TEE – TKM, are organizing the 6th adult choral festival with thematic axis the musical tradition of our country, but also of the wider geographical region, from East to West and from North to South, entitled “Voices and Routes: Balkans and Mediterranean”. The aim of the festival is for the choirs to present arrangements of traditional songs from the modern musical history of all of Greece, but also of neighboring peoples, wandering in memories and influences from other places, selecting songs, as they were transmitted to the present day from mouth to mouth. Eight choirs from Thessaloniki, but also from the rest of Greece, will unite their voices and their skill, in choral arrangements, with the participation of the corresponding traditional musical instruments.
