Honey Days – Sweet Days

Honey producers and confectioners from all over Greece will bring their purest and most delicious products, such as golden varieties of honey, premium hive products, traditional and handmade sweets, and other unique sweet creations that will delight the senses.

Visitors will have the chance to discover, taste, and purchase unique varieties and honey-derived products, as well as traditional handmade sweets. Additionally, four lucky attendees will win the honey of the year in an exciting giveaway.

There will also be live demonstrations and presentations, including the preparation of traditional sweets and honey products, offering the opportunity to meet and talk with producers.

The new festival “Honey Days – Sweet Days” will be hosted in the outdoor space of the Thessaloniki International Fair (Toxo XANTH) from February 27 to March 2, operating from 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM, with free admission and parking.

Producers from dozens of regions across the country will participate, offering products such as:

• Honey of every variety
• Pollen, royal jelly, spreads
• Herbal teas
• Traditional sweets
• Loukoumades, tahini
• Spoon sweets, soutzouk loukoum, fried pastries, kalitsounia
• Jams, sesame bars, chocolate treats
• Honey cream, honey cream with saffron
