Programme of the Lazariston Monastery Festival 2024 in Thessaloniki

Michalis Hatzigiannis, Stelios Rokkos, Marina Spanou, Panos Vlachos, Marina Satti, Thodoris Vouchikakis, Aleka Kanellidou, Kaiti Garbi, Giorgos Perris, Melina Aslanidou and Stelios Vamvakas as well as Thrax Pankc, Social Waste, K. Veta, Jamal, Archive and Novel 729 will perform on the stage of the Lazariston Monastery in May, June and July 2024.
The “mad wizard” of the violin Ara Malikian will shake the city with a wonderful concert and the musical tributes to Queen, Dire Straits and Metallica will not be missed.

Thievery Corporation, the pioneering duo from Washington and Steel Panther, the hard n heavy band from Los Angeles will satisfy electronic music and metal lovers, respectively, in July 2024.

The festival program at the Lazariston Monastery in the West is constantly being enriched and will accompany us throughout the summer of 2024, offering fun, entertainment and culture until October 2024.

The quality productions and the choice of artists participating in the Festival will remain the main focus of the Festival in 2024.

The first part of the programme of the 2024 Moni Lazariston Festival has already been announced, presenting important Greek and foreign artists.

The visual identity of the Monastery of Lazariston Festival 2024:

The Moni Lazariston Festival 2024 is coming with energy and with plenty of colour. How else could it open its doors?
It does not seek to become something different from what it already is.

But it seeks to evolve, to give of its “self” the best parts of itself, to step out of the boxes of a festival and take shape from the events and artists it hosts, to be giantized by the love of the people and reach to the soul.

This year, the axes of the Festival’s visual identity are located in “together” – our driving force, “summer” – the source of our euphoria, “music” – the reason we exist.

“Together. Summer. Music” is our motto and this is accompanied by shapes without labels, by nuances without barriers, by vivacity without guilt.

The Monastery Lazariston Festival 2024… moves, dances, remembers, dreams, shares, chooses, hopes, feels, looks ahead.

And it does all this together with you, because you are its strength. You who fill our yard every year and amidst the lights, sounds and emotions… you create memories with us.

Many summers have passed since the Lazariston Monastery Festival began its course and each of them has left its mark on all of us who love music and the arts in general.

Another summer arrives in our hospitable courtyard for us all to become an embrace of songs that will bring strong emotions and create beautiful memories.

Artists and bands from Greece and the international music scene will accompany this year’s program to remind us that it takes notes and soul to celebrate each day individually!

And we will celebrate almost every day from May to October with you at the Moni Lazariston Festival 2024.

Music for all tastes, music for the youngest, music for the oldest, music to travel, music to express ourselves, but most of all… music to mingle!
