The Barber of Seville | Thessaloniki Concert Hall

The Thessaloniki Concert Hall, in collaboration with the Bucharest National Opera and the Directorate of Culture & Tourism of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, presents from 7 to 10 December 2025 the popular opera by G. Rossini, “The Barber of Seville.”

The two-act opera “The Barber of Seville” is presented with Greek surtitles and interpretation in Greek Sign Language. The plot narrates the tricks used by Count Almaviva in order to finally marry his beloved Rosina, whom her elderly guardian, Don Bartolo, intends to marry himself. With the help of the barber Figaro—who has no difficulty entering and leaving Don Bartolo’s house—Almaviva succeeds.
