Thessaloniki State Orchestra presents the concert “Bartók’s Miraculous Mandarin” at the Thessaloniki Concert Hall, on Saturday 2 April 2022 at the Music Friends Hall M1.
The Miraculous Mandarin is a wonderful dance pantomime by Bartók for the stage presentation of Menyhért Lengyel’s Pantomime Grotesque, the story of which so fascinated him that he wrote one of the most important works of the last century.
