Tzatziki with dill


    Tzatziki with dill

    ½ kg Greek style yogurt

    2 cucumbers

    2 cups olive oil

    2 cloves of garlic, grated

    ½ bunch of dill, finely chopped


    Peel the cucumber and grate it. Squeeze out as much water as you can. Place the yogurt in a bowl and gradually pour olive oil and stir. Add the cucumber, garlic, dill and salt. Stir well and keep it in the fringe. You can add a few drops of vinegar if you wish.

    Serves 4-5
