A diverse and constantly evolving museum, covering 146,000 square meters, with rooms – scattered units in the real geographical space, integrates and unites the new main building with the archaeological site of Aigai, i.e. the Palace and tomb cluster of Temenid and the famous Museum of the Royal Tombs. The museum includes exhibition spaces, both indoor and outdoor, educational areas and scientific activities, maintenance workshops, digital museum for the period from the beginnings of Macedonia up to the modern references to Alexander the Great and many more.
