It was established in 1946.

Seeking to provide athletic and recreational opportunities for everybody, the Club has been offering a unique Rowing programme for people with special needs since 2005, resulting many and significant distinctions. In 2014, due to its co-operation with the club’s athlete and world champion, Nikos Goudoulas, the first Costal Rowing Club in Greece was established, with male and female adult classes. Its premises include 2 boat houses, a high standards rowing center, a fully equipped gym and an elegant clubhouse available for hosting events of any kind.
