Fried pork with leeks and red wine (Hirini tigania with prasso & kokkino krasi)
Ingredients
1kg pork
1/3 cup olive oil
2 leeks chopped
½ cup red wine
Oregano
½ cup vegetable broth
Salt
Black pepper freshly ground
Preparation
Cut the meat in small pieces, wash and dry it and sauté in hot oil. Add the leeks, sauté for a while and pour the wine, together with the oregano, vegetable broth, salt and pepper and let it simmer until tender.
